Looks like a real deal! ... I would call him, if I wanted a "Sundowner" valulite in TN. (Remember all the rust problems lol)
He might have a cell phone with a service contracted in AZ. My daughter has a cell phone with service in WV.
Ask if it's been wrecked or damaged. There's no pics of the interior or floor. This may be a deal for someone... that's been educated on what to look for in horse trailer condition, on this forum
Go into this with full allert on, but there are deals to be had out there.

An AZ area code doesn't necessarilly mean a fraud. When we moved to NM we kept our TX cell phone numbers since our kids already knew them and I wanted to make sure they could call if they got lost or in trouble. We don't have a house phone, no sense in paying for both.
A lot of people were suspicious when I was selling my gelding so I got my daughter a prepaid virgin mobile phone with a NM number and changed the ad to that number instead. That's all a smart thief would have to do. The prepaid companies don't know where you really live.

Well, it listed the town as Arlington and that is relatively close to me. I decided to try out the number and you get the message from Verizon saying that it isn't a working number any longer. That would have been a good deal on one.
