This is in regards to #10:
About a six months ago one of the boys stepped on my foot. My toe hasn't worked since. Hurt like hell, didn't bend, and was starting to cause problems when I walked. Then the palomino stepped on it last nite. Hurt like hell, I hollared, he moved off, but not after I felt it roll across my bad toe. I walked it off as I led him to his stall, and by the time I got to the house last nite, it felt downright good. It bends, it moves, it's still connected....

Put #8 rule in practice today,first time this year.Only 3 horses this time,too.Another will get shoes when he goes for breaking/training.(BREAKING is a good word to use,meaning: US! We're the ones getting broke here!)
