We've been going since the first one several years ago. It should be very crowded this year since John Lyons is headlining. So, might want to get there early and find a seat as the arena is small.

I sold a really pretty grulla filly to a girl at Willow Springs,MO. I hated to let her go,because, there aren't many of them at all in the foxtrotter breed.

Yep, we went. Didn't think it was as good this year as last though. And I was a bit upset when I forgot my $3 off coupon after driving 3 hours to get there and then they wouldn't let me get a coupon out of all the "FREE" Farmtalk papers because it was right inside the doors. Not too mention all the coupons stacked at the vendors booth.

I did enjoy some of the local leather and craft talent in the booths. And bought another pink halter (rosey color) for my mare from the MFA booth. Was nice too see a variety of different horse breeds too. Really enjoyed Ken McNabb.

Why were they giving them out at the door and at the vendor's booths, then,if they wouldn't let you have one? You paid for your ticket in advance, didn't you? So,were the coupons for the convenience/lure of customers only paying at the door?

I don't get that deal,myself.That wasn't very fair.
