Okay. These are some plans I sketched out last night. I'm sure there are problems with them and hopefully everyone here can KINDLY give me their opinions.
The one thing I am already considering is to move the water pump to the "plumbing space" located near the shower.

Looks like its logically laid out. The only suggestion I would offer would be to choose your shower pan before ordering cabinets. You won't find a shower pan with the angles you have drawn and will probably end up with dead space in the corner. Depending on the width of the shower pan it might affect the placement of the cabinets and fridge along that wall.

Move your sink to the right and mount the frig to the left/up. Won't have to twist your back to use sink (can get old) and Frig is up where you can reach it. Hate standing on my head to reach in to a frig.

No. I have contacted one of their dealers (via email) here in Texas, but I haven't heard back. Tomorrow I get off work @ noon so hopefully I can try to contact some of the others via phone.
(((one of my biggest pet peeves is companies who advertise with a website, including a "contact us" link which gives email information for contacting them, but they don't respond to emails)))

I understand what you are saying and I appreciate all ideas, but if I move the fridge as you stated, I lose 18" of countertop space (which to me is important - gotta have somewhere to make drinks, snacks, coffee pot or Foreman Grill) as well as making my bench storage and under sink storage a little more wastefully laid out.
My next attempt at design is to figure out where I need my electrical service laid out. This may be interesting. LOL!!!

Make sure you will be able to easily get to your hotwater heater, pump and water tanks if something should go wrong. My sister bought a used trailer with home made living quaters. We were camping and a fitting started leaking on the water tank. Found out that the cabinets and framing were buillt around it and made it almost impossible to access to fix.

That's one thing I really like about the layout of my trailer. The water tank, the end with the fixtures at least, the water pump, all the drain valves, the hot water tank, the furnace, and the electronics are all under the couch on the long wall. You just flip it up to access it all. Very easy to get to anything that might need attention.

My intention is for the bench to be accessible from the top (hindged lid) and the cabinet door located under the sink (see "longwall" sketch) will open to the space under the sink where the water heater is located.
Do you think it would be better to flip the tank and water heater locations???
I was thinking of moving the water pump to the empty space between the closet and shower wall and I planned to have an access door built into the closet, but I think if it will fit within the bench area, it would be more accessible there.

If your refering to the plug--ours is right outside of our entrance door. It works great there. We also have one near the arm of our awning for our tiki lights. Ours have good covers on them so the salt and water can't get in when we travel in the winter.
I don't think i'd put one under the neck or on the long wall, when would you really use it? But, I would recommend a light near your hitch, under the neck. We have one on our Exiss and it works well for those late night hookups.

KrysleChoko is right, you definitly want outside outlets. Ours didn't have any when we bought it used. Use ground fault outlets. My breaker is in the battery box, so I put an outlet in my battery box and then can use an outlet trip from there (especially handy if you need to use a charger on your battery) and also ran PVC conduit under the trailer and put one in the rear tack for juice at the back of the trailer. I used outdoor covers on both outlets to further protect them.

As far as the lights go--I'd mount a couple above the neck that you could turn off with a switch on the wall and then also a reading light up there that has its own switch built in.
Maybe a couple over your "living portion" with switches by the door and also, a couple under your cabinets for seeing when your making stuff or washing dishes. Also, don't forget an outside "yard light" they come in handy late at night.

Yeah, I'm planning on getting a few exterior lights added. Right now, I only have one at the rear (plus one in the rear tack and one in the horse compartment. If I get stuck parking in the dark somewhere, it makes saddling a couple horses kinda interesting. I want to put one on each side where I tie horses and probably one near the DR door.

I need some ideals myself. I am going to buy a gooseneck trailer that has nothing but insulted, and lights inside. I need to add a shower, still trying to figure out what else I need or have to have! I know that I have gotta make sure that I have electric outlets outside. My trailer is pretty plain now, just a cowboy shower, inside and outside lights. This has worked for years....but I want more!!

We purchased a 2007 Elite 3H with a 4' SW last year. It is a temporary solution for me as I plan to purchase a larger (4-5H w/midtack and full LQ) trailer in 1-3 years. Once I have that trailer, this one will be used for misc. local purposes (close to home jackpots and vet trips, etc).
When we got it, all it had was an AC and from what I was told by the dealer we purchased it from (got it used, someone bought it new in Feb. 2007 and traded it in on a new Bloomer in May 2007), whoever set up the "plug" for that, did it wrong as well.
Plans???
