I recently bought a Featherlite slant load. The way the rings are placed it doesn't appear that it's been designed to tie a horse up. The inner stalls seem to be fine not to tie a horse but a horse could turn in the big stall. Any thoughts?

Is it a stock trailer? My Featherlite is a stock trailer and I pull the lead rope through the slats and tie onto the outside trailer tie mounts. I have no inside tying mounts. Hope this helps.

I do not tie my horses in the trailer. But my horses aren't bad while hauling, they stand there while I open the door and climb in and don't try to back out until I ask them too. Not all horses are safe to be left untied. This question has come up before and too me its whatever works best for you.
