Are all of these trailers steel or do they have an aluminum model?

Titan, make several varieties of steel trailers.  These titans are a well crafted sturdy trailers for being steel.   I owned one and the trailer held up perfectly.  I would own one again in a heart beat.  I may end up with a bumper pull using it as a day trailer.   Good luck on your quest!

In case stablemom or others are confused, the above comment has nothing to do with Titan trailers.

Stablemom....I do not believe Titan makes a standard model aluminum trailer.  You will see some of them around for sale as they have produced some "test" model aluminum over steel trailers.  They advertise there is a standard aluminum over steel coming, but haven't seen it yet.  I just bought a Titan steel and talked about this at length with the dealer.  He said they have been advertising that for a while, but so far have only produced a few prototypes with aluminum over steel frame. The steel trailer I bought is great and would recommend one in a heartbeat to anyone looking.

Have owned 2 aluminum trailers and now we are having a new Titan designed to our needs. I firmly believe Titan builds a quality steel trailer. They have not mentioned anything about a aluminum covered trailer. Steel if built right will last along time.

We have a Titan 4 horse with a 6 foot dressing room we just finished out. It's a 2000 model and has no rust, even where the horses have pawed at the sides and scratched the paint off. The only complaint I have with the trailer is the weight, It's heavy! but it's a good trailer! We have had it for 4 years and have probably pulled it about 25000 miles. We go to MO a lot and its about 1000 miles round trip each time we go. It pulls very well. We just got back from CCTR in Eminence earlier in the week.

I have a Titan and love it. Some dealers will tell you that they are "rust proof" because of the Galvaneal. They are not. More correctly, they are "rust resistant."  I cannot attest to just how rust resistant, as I have only owned it for about 3 mos.

As for the weight, yes, they are heavy, but mine (2 horse slant) tows nicely with my 1500 Silverado. I noticed that many aluminum skinned are every bit as heavy.
