Trying to get rotors off. Can't get bearing cover off. This is different than cars my husband has worked on in the past. Normally, you can use a screw driver to pry the cover off on cars, but that won't work here. Do you need a special tool? My trailer is an '02 Exiss Event.

You need to remove the grease cap from the hub by progressively prying around the flange. Remove the snap ring and the washer, remove the spindle nut and the washer remove the hub.

That's the problem, there is no flange on the grease cap. Can't figure out how to get the darn thing off. Hubby has done mechanical work on cars for years, but he's not sure what to do here. We're wondering if they are "maintenance free" axels.
