I've found a 2002 CM Drover steel gooseneck trailer, 20'x6'x7' tall, 4' x 8' unfinished dressing room, camper vent, drops on head, stock slats with plex on butt, walk through door, matts on head wall and rear door, floor matts, and removeable rear tack. The current owner bought it brand new in 2003 and says it has hardly been used and is pretty much like new. They are selling it simply because they do not use it enough to justify having it.
They are asking $7,000 or make an offer. Is this a good price on this trailer? If not, what would be a good price?

I am not that familiar with the brand as to whether or not it is good deal. However, have you considered looking at the ads on the site for a CM trailer that is comparable as comparing the prices. I have used this site before helping a friend that was getting ready to buy a used Hart trailer. This will give you a good idea of what they are worth in other areas. Also, look and see if it is being sold by an individual or a dealer. The ones being sold be dealer should be a fair range of what it is worth.
