Absolutely love it! Wish I had more money to have got a 10 ft. LQ than an 8 foot but we can't say enough good things about the way its built and the way it hauls. I notice folks looking at our trailer and making really positive comments and seeming almost surprised at how well its made, I think they are noticing things they wish their trailers had but don't. I think the Platinums surpass the others in their attention to detail and strength.

I love mine. Very well made and pretty too. Pulls like a dream. Before I bought it, I almost bought a Hart. Then I pulled the Platinum and it just pulled so much lighter and smoother. Glad I went with the Platinum. To me, they were identical to an Elite but much more reasonably priced.

I have a 8 ft. shortwall LQ 3 hrs. and LOVE IT!!! We looked at hundreds of other brands of trailers and bought the Platinum. Nothing else EVEN compares to the structure/welds/quality/layout/comfort etc. I've never looked back or wanted anything else but a Platinum!!!!!!!

I have a Platinum and like it alot--wish it was 7.5' or 8' wide but can make the 7' work. Understand that Platinum is built by engineers from the 4 Star, Elite, C&C family which means aluminum engineers not mass produced trailer conglomerates.

I've racked my brain to come up with changes I would make to my Platinum and all I could come up with was this - I would ask them to lower the tie rings a couple of inches on the inside so that I could reach them without putting on my high heels, which look pretty darn silly with Wranglers! I would be a happy camper if they would do their own conversions with the same quality of construction as their trailers. Owner since '02 with not one problem or complaint.

Thanks again for your opinion. I have an Elite now and thinking about moving up in size. I have no problems with mine but I like the Platinum price. I wonder if there are any corners cut between the two or if Platinum just sells for less.
I have no idea about how the floor structure or wall structure is built compared to elite.
I have not made an decision about LQ either. I have some complaints about some companies but they are just mine.

Read the review on this website on the Platinum, I compared specs on Bloomer, C&C, Elite, Hart and 4 Star (information can be found on their websites, I made phone calls) and the Platinum in my opinion is the strongest built trailer on the market. Call Elite then call Platinum and compare their structure!
