Hey,   Has anyone out there had any experience ordering their "custom" interiors from Duster Camper?  They don't return calls, and the kit they send to look at and make decisions is very limited with no instructions as to what you are looking at. I would like to pick colors, etc. but can't get a response from this company. We ordered a Bloomer trailer but can't get this interior company to do anything. Any ideas?  MT

Find a new company to do your interior.  If they won't give you the time of day now, what will happen if you have warranty issues in the future?

Talk to your dealer. That's what you are paying him/her for. As a dealer for Bloomer & Duster myself, I've spent 1/2 of today doing for a customer just what you describe. Because the responsibility for making sure it is right lands with no one but the dealer. Just my $.02.

PS- I realize its a stretch, but if you could get to the Duster plant once your trailer gets there, you'd have a blast picking everything in person! The reason they can't send it all is that samples literally fill up a large room there. They'd love to have you for the day.

Okay, you say that Duster won't return your call.  Try asking for a different person than the one you left a message for.... like maybe ask for one of the owners?  Your comment on  not getting this interior company to do anything.... what exactly are you wanting at this very moment?  Have you JUST ordered this Bloomer or is it ready and on Duster's lot?  I'll bet if you try contacting your Dealer, they will help you get an answer to your question.  Give it another try.

We want to use Duster for the interior because their workmanship is incredible. And we practically have the dealer on speed dial. (not really-but I have called alot)What do I want at this very moment from Duster? I would like to order an interior---but it is hard to do when I can't talk to someone, and I am told they will get back to me---and they don't. We also have questions about colors, fixtures, couches, etc. and their order form. We realize how busy everyone gets. But this has been going on for a long time. It took well over a month and countless phone calls just to get the kit. I posted on this forum to see if anyone else had this problem and what they did about it. Thanks for your input.

I would find me another LQ company, if they are to busy to return your call you either have an idiot for a salesperson or a company that will not be able to meet any kind of timeline.

How about contacting Duster at 254-840-3770 and request to speak BeBe Garcia. She is waiting for your call and is standing by to help you step by step. Then this entire issue can be put to rest and you will get the best interior on the market.

I am responding to your problem with your LQ in a Bloomer Trailer. My name is Ralph Eberspacher, I am one of the owners of DUSTER CAMPER.  If you did not get a returned phone call, I apologize.  If you would, please call Richard Eberspacher or you may call me or even my sister, Marion Kevil.  We are the owners and we can help get the answers that you need.  We are a family owned business since 1981 amd we are sound and secure.  DUSTER  CAMPER stands behind everything we do.  Some interior company's come and go or change their names.  We, DUSTER CAMPER II, INC. are here for the long haul.

Thanks,

Ralph

Keno:    Thank you, but I obviously already have Dusters phone #, it would be interesting to know what your relationship with Duster is, because your comments are somewhat sarcastic and unwarrented.

Rodeo, I just got a new Bloomer with Duster interior. My wife had a hard time picking colors, fixtures, ect. by samples & over the computer also. We took a trip to Duster's plant & spent 1/2 a day picking this stuff out. They can show you what somethings look like in trailers they are working on right then. (There might be 5 to 8 trailers in there building at 1 time)! You will be glad you went there if you can. The quality of their installation of plumbing, wiring & other details the best I have seen. I was not happy with the design of the custom made sleeper sofa in my slideout. They were rather slow getting back to me on it. They working on that right now. This will be the test of good service. I will let you know how that comes out. I should know something soon. Let me know if you have anymore questions about my Duster Camper interior. teporter@cyberback.com
