Just curious to see what people were able to cram into their 4' short wall GN conversions. I would like to get in a single sink, refer, microwave, mini banquet/table & shower. That is probably way too much for the space, but a girls gotta dream ya know.

Dinette table,refrigerator,sink,cabinet under sink, cabinets over sink,cabinets over table( microwave in the cabinet) and under seats,boot box. The mid tack holds show clothes,boots,hat boxes and potty. No shower.

I did a Kiefer (53") shortwall summer of 04, That had a L-Shaped counter top with Sink, 4 Cu.Ft. referigerator under the countertop next to the neck. It had 18" drawer cabinet under the countertop on thelong wall side then there was an 18" wide wardrobe cabinet on the long wall side, and that was next to a Slant wall shower. Next to the door as you walked in was Toliet and the other side had a step up into the bed. there was an 18" cabinet on both sides of the bed next to your feet. There was an 8" deep cabinet in the nose with sconce lighting on both sides. It had all aluminum holding tanks, The trailer cost the customer $4,900 to finish that included everything inside and a 18' awning.

bed (of course), small fridge, micro (soon to be convection), 30gal water tank and pump, sink, closet, pantry, potty, AC/heat, TV and DVD. Oh, and a sweet tiled counter.

Go to JNJ Conversions web page and look at their 4' foot dressing room. On my last trailer I had a boot box furnace, refrig, closet, and cabinets. You can put a cowboy shower in horse area.

Plug in 12V cooler, micro & toaster oven in over counter cabinets, tons of storage, SS corner sink, 30 gal water, 6 gall hot water, cowboy shower.
No dinette, no room for that, I have one long cabinet instead (Exiss Lineshack Sport, from Dixie Horse and Mule if you want pictures). I do want to tile the countertop, I think that would be very pretty.
I want to add some overhead storage like Todd did along the bedside, that's pretty cool.
No toilet, I don't want to fool with that. I have a $30.00 porta potty I got at WallyWorld. That's good enough for me ;)

It may not apply to your situation but I found checking out travel trailers at RV lots in fascinating. They can do so much with so little room, it might give you ideas. The designers manage to use just about every spare inch for something. No wasted space. You add just about everything you'd need ina 4ft SW - I like my porta potty alot. Of course, I am only dealing with one person and not a family- what would change things. I also so not have a shower but everywhere I go, there is a show facility( and we are only taking about a short weekend)
A great place to find ideas for your trailer is Home Depot or Lowes. They have great space saver ideas such as shelving, hooks, cabinets, etc. Another idea is to just look at Living Quarter trailers on this website to get ideas.

Along the same lines - boats are even more amazing for their space saving ideas. A visit to the boat show is great for LQ ideas
