I'm looking at a LQ trailer with a Sierra interior and am not familiar with this conversion company.  Any comments about these interiors would be helpful!

They seem to be decent. I have a Sierra interior in my Cherokee Tomahawk. Haven't had any major problems. There have been a few trim pieces I have had to reattach. All in all I am very satisfied with mine. http://www.sierrainteriors.com

We've used Sierra for many years and have always been satisfied as have our customers.  They're easy to work with and have an abundance of ideas available.

I am a little bias... a good friend of mine works there.  I have toured their shop, I have seen their work and I can only say good things about them.  They have great equipment to do the type of quality work that is worth the money.

I would definatly have them do a LQ trailer for me.  They back up their work also!

Sierra does many different brands of trailers not just a couple, basically they do whoever sends them the trailers. You will notice Leonard for example one of the largest trailer dealers in OH uses them for almost everything. Their lq range from very nice to low end depending on the package. I considered using them for a conversion but the real drawback for me is they don't put their holding tanks and plumbing up far enough under the trailer so it is flush. Other than that they do have some very nice packages, it all depends on what you want. The best bet is too look at a few and see what you like but if you decide to go with them you can be assured they aren't a new upstart "fly by night" company, so you don't have anything to fear.

Thank you for the heads up.  I like what I see in their pictures, but will NOT do business with a company that won't do the job right.  I can't stand companies who half-@$$ their work.  That is one reason I'm dealing with a major flood in my '02 Silver Star--water came in via the A/C seal, installed by the dealer.  Non-LQ right now, but since it will cost me probably $2000 to have the factory fix the carpet and ceiling insulation, etc. I'll probably just elect to have LQ built in and bracing added to the structure under the floor...  These companies should do better work--these things aren't cheap.

Like I said before I know them, but I have recommend more people than I can count and all of them have had VERY successful situations with them.  I know alot of companies have good and bad things that happen... but my other friends have never had any issues with their trailer conversions.  If they did have a minior issue, they were VERY friendly to get it fixed and went out of their way.

The person having the problem- Was your trailer under warranty?? That just seems VERY odd to me that the situation happened like that.  Did you contact the person you purchased the trailer through and let them know this?  I am very very shocked, if it was under warranty they definatly would do everything in their power to get that fixed.

B. Casey, I'm sorry that you have had major problems with your interior. I'm a small conversion company out of indiana also, and when one company that size does wrong it makes us all look bad. If there is any questions or can help you fix your problems I would be very pleased in doing so.
