Has anyone camped at the Jim Edger Panther Creek or Site M in Illinois? How were the trails and camp sites? I am thinking about going over the Memorial Day weekend.

It really dependes on what our use to riding, We went up there this year for the first time. Will never go back. The campground was wonderful, but we really didn't like the trails. Very boring, just went around the edge of fields, once in a while you would dip into the woods for about 2 minutes. The 2nd day we were out I told my husband just find the quickest way back to camp after about 3 hrs. out. He said are you getting tired on me? I said no I'm just bored to death. We're use to riding hills and Shawnee. There is a park a little further west of Panter Creek called Siloam Springs. We've heard they have good riding. Never been there it's on our list.
Happy Safe Trails.
