I'm looking for ideas for home made stall toys. I have to stall a horse for six weeks following surgery, so I'm looking for ideas to keep her busy.
The milk jug on a rope with rocks in it is pretty popular with my horses, any other ideas?

Yep, the construction cones are great. I also saw a newly gelded horse who was in a stall having a great time playing with a bucket on a bucket strap. He would stick his head under the bucket and lift it up trying to balance it on his head. Once the bucket fell, he would stick his head under it again and repeat the process. It was very funny to watch and he really looked like a dork with a purple bucket on his head.
I also thought a rubber feed pan would be great to pick up and toss around.

You can hang an old plastic milk jug at about eye or ear level for them.....put a little bit of water or even something in it to rattle or move a bit. Just hang it with some twine from the handle. It keeps stuff off the floor also.
