I had a 2000 3 horse Merhow with living quarters that I sold last year. I found it to be a very well made trailer and the only reason I got rid of it was because it was too heavy for my truck when fully loaded. I have an older GMC that just didn't quite have the power that I needed when I went up hills. As far as the trailer, it was very comfortable and well put together. I have no complaints. Evene though it was four years old when I sold it, it still looked like new inside and out. Everthing still worked perfectly. I think you will be very pleased with your new Merhow. Good Luck to you.
