My car is leaking oil. When i got a oil change they said it was 1 quart low, and its still leaking oil. But its not leaking from the oil filter or from the plug. So any ideas on where it might be leaking from? Also my transmission fluid is also leaking, but the oil is the only fluid we see leaking as my drive way shows it and you can definatly tell its oil and not transmission fluid.

You'll be able to find it the old fashioned way...

There are many spots for an engine to leak oil, could even be leaking from the front seals or the rear seal.  Even a hole in the oil pan from a curb stop...

Clean & wipe the bottom of the the engine and transmission bell housing.  Front to back of the engine.  Drive it for a day and look again.

First thing to do is figure out whether it leaks NOT running as well as running. If it leaks NOT running (after at least a couple of hours of sitting in one spot), you may have a split pan. If it leaks only when running, look around the motor for oil deposits (check for grime, since oil attracts dirt). Typical places to get oil leaks: valve-cover gaskets, rear main seal, oil-pan gasket, oil-filter housing -- even a dirty housing can cause it via poor filter-gasket sealing. The EXACT location of the drip should help narrow things down (e.g. a blown rear main seal won't show a leak up near the water pump). Make sure any valves venting the crankcase are working; crankcases, sadly, are no longer vented to the atmosphere, so a plugged valve could cause overpressure and push oil past the weakest gasket it comes in contact with. KS.
