Just wondering if anyone knows anything about Merhow Trailers. Their factory is about 3 hrs north of me & I was thinking about checking them out. Any comments, pros, cons would be appreciated.

Buckaroo Boot and Trailer in Arcadia (about 20min north of Indy) had one new Merhow left. Terry was a Merhow dealer, but now sells Featherlite. You might be able to get a deal or at least check it out if its still there.

I just happened to tour a Merhow 4H LQ at an instate dealer today. Only one he had in stock, as they are custom built to order, and it was just delivered from the factory. It was a steel frame all aluminum unit with a custom conversion. VERY nice conversion, with slideout, soft panel walls and recessed lighting.
Fit and finish on the trailer itself was better than the Bison units I looked at a previous dealer- if that tells you anything Course, it was $18k more than the same size Bison, too. Merhow keeps upgrading their product, and this one had the latest/greatest single key doorlocks, single hand divider releases, rhino lined hitch assembly, etc.
