I am currently looking at a 97 Exiss 6 horse head to head all aluminum lined and insulated, 39' long, weighs 7400 lb w/two 7000# axles. Looking for other peoples experience with Exiss trailers. Also, I have a 2000 GMC 3500 crew cab dually 6.5 diesel with 4.10 rear. Anyone want to comment on my towing vehicles capability of pulling this trailer? and pros or cons of Exiss trailers?

My first all aluminum trailer with LQ is a Exiss and would glad buy another. I didn't set out to buy an Exiss however it fit my needs and I could afford it. I have friends with Exiss trailers and so far no complaints. Are they perfect? No- none are. But they are a good trailer and a good value.

I ended up with an Exiss, after first thinking they were just a "bargain brand". I discovered that Exiss has several models and "trim lines". Their "sport model" tends to be a light duty line and the Event series are much more solidly built. So there is a wide diversity of quality within the Brand name from my perspective.

I just bought an 96 Exiss Maximum 3h modified into a 2h with LQ with city hookup. No holdings tanks. I pull it with a F250 SD CC 5.4l I'm very happy with the trailer and the truck handles it pretty well. I just went to the blue ridge and had no problems going across skyline drive. My friend that goes has an 03 Exiss 308 LQ series with a F350 power stoke with 410 rear and has no problems and is happy with the trailer...
