My mother is very ill and I am as 'house bound' right now as she. I can not ride my MorAb mare, Brandy, consistently and don't expect to be able to do so for a long time. I've pretty much de-spooked her on the trails and she is absolutely gorgeous. I am horribly depressed about this this, just think it is the best thing to do for Brandy. I can't afford to keep her and buy Mom's meds too. Experienced riders only.

Where are you located and how much is she? I'm so sorry for your situation, you hang in there. Maybe a friend will buy Brandy so you will know where she is. I had to sell my MorAb in a divorce situation. It broke my heart.

I am so sorry about your dilemma. Maybe somehow, someway, things will work that you can keep her.
I've owned to Morabs in my life and they were the most fantastic of horses. Each were the best of both breeds. I had to put the "little guy" down when he was 27. I sold my big mare to a lovely dairy farm couple because I had reached the point in my life where trotting was no longer an option and the only way to continue riding was to go gaited.
If there is no remote way possible you can keep her, I pray for her to find her next lifetime home.
Prayers to you and your family:)

Thanks PA
Brandy is such a sweetie, I'd hate for her to end up in the wrong hands and one never knows. She needs 'consistency' and I just can not give it to her at this time.
