My friend is selling her 2006 Sundowner Sunlite 777 trailer which includes a dressing room. I did a blue book evaluation here and they only listed Valulite but I added all of the extra bells and whistles that are on the trailer and got a valuation of ~$5600 MSRP, retail $4000 and wholesale $3000. My friend has no idea what she wants for the trailer so it is up to me to make a fair offer.
I am not sure how to interpret the numbers I got from the blue book. This is a short-term purchase with the idea of either trading the trailer or doing a private sale in two years.
The trailer has been well maintained by a trailer manufacturer and seems to be in good shape.
Any input into what a reasonable offer would be on this trailer?

Have you tried comparing your trailer to those that have sold on this website and also ones that are active (unsold)? You may be able to narrow down a value that way, also.
