I am intersted in upgrading the wheels on my 96 Sooner. It is time for new tires, too.The old steel rims are rust, so I thought I would get something from the bone yard or ebay. Are there any caveats? The rims are 15 inch, 5 lug, 4.5 inch, so I expect these are regular Ford rims. Of would something fpr a Jeep work or is the center hole too small?I thought it might look cool to use Mustang rims, from 1999-2001. They are 15x7.First, any thoughts or suggestions here?Second, are radial any advantage compared to bias ply for a horse trailer? I do not go many miles per year but it might be in rugged, rocky county with a max load. I thought I heard bias had stronger sidewalls, so if one hit the sidewall against a curb or rock, the sidewall was less like to be damaged than radials?Any thoughts?Thank you.
