I am looking for an ALUMINUM fold-a-way step for my living quarter similar to the one on an exiss.  I have tirelessly searched the net, and come up with nothing.  The exiss site directs me to dealers in my area, as well as the sundowner site.  I know what their price is, my exiss dealer is less than five miles away.  I want to check out other prices.  I have gone on several rv websites, but all I find is steel or an actual folding step (similar to a step-stool).  Can anyone give me any sites or phone #'s of trailer part sites that might have these???

Thanks

Try www.jazzsales.com or maybe even www.coolhorse.com they might have something like that. Good luck!

I have never ordered anything from them, but our dealer recommended:

Try Camping World (sorry I don't have the web address handy, but google it and I'm sure it'll come up). They are a RV catalog, but I have seen steps and such.

I gave up on aluminum and just bought a metal one.  We're putting rubber between the two to keep them from fighting.

Good luck with your step.  I just bit the bullet, went down the road to the dealer I bought trailer from and had an aluminum one put on....(don't know how much it'll be yet)
