FYI, if you are self employed it is like pulling teeth to get financing!
I am self employed and have been since 1983.
I was told by 2 different lenders they would rather see a 650 to 700 score and weak credit history as long as they could see the tax returns, rather than 750 to 800 score with perfect credit but unable to prove anything. Even putting almost 20% down!

Check out First Internet Bank of IN - if you have good credit, their rates are low. They are knowledgeable about trailer brands & values, fast to get answers for you & great to work with.
This is who I am / was going to use. Only problem I found with them is when it comes to living quarters! Unless it is specifically mentioned in the horse trailer blue book then they do not add for anything!
ie: Sundowner Signature Series with upgraded interior get the same value as a Sundowner cheap package trailer!
And some how when trying to mine done they tried to tell me that a 720 model had a lower value than a 727 model (by almost 4k). Even had the man at blue book correct them and they still didn't understand!
