We have a newly constructed 400 sq ft cottage available on our farm in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The stalls have turnouts on a hay roll, not much pasture. The cottage is beautiful and fully equipped. We have plenty of room for your horse trailer with easy in and out.We are 10 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes for I-95 on a private drive. Hey Marsha, will you be looking for snowbirds for the winter of 2017/2018? What is the charge by week, month and season? What kind of trails are in the area? Is each riding allowed? Thanks.
