Do you have a business plan? What size is your line of credit? Is your location convenient to major highways? Can tractor trailers easily reach your lot to deliver trailers?

Look for what sells well in your market, or what void there is in your area and focus on that. I live not too far from the CM plant and can say that they are a great bang for the buck. Another great brand is WW and they are within a few miles of each other. Look at their trailer lines and see what fits your market and price points, but brands also make Aluminum trailers and I of many locals that have had trailers stay in use well into their 30's. (We don't salt the roads around here.)

Sorry, I'm still on my first cup of coffee! Look for what sells well in your market, or what void there is in your area and focus on that. I live not too far from the CM plant and can say that they are a great bang for the buck. Another great brand is WW and they are within a few miles of each other. Look at their trailer lines and see what fits your market and price points, but brands also make Aluminum trailers and I know of many locals that have had trailers stay in use well into their 30's. (We don't salt the roads around here.) I would definitely make sure there is a two horse tag-along in my lineup due to your location. If you want a top-of-the-line steel trailer you can't go wrong with a Jackson, mine is 35+ years old and more solid than anything I've ever seen. They are small and really put out a quality product. Don't look past Trailswest or Featherlite steel lines either. Finding out what is missing in your market will help you ID which brand and price point will fit the bill.
