Any of the generators mentioned would work and both are quiet. When I was trying to decide between the Yamaha and Honda, I thought about if I needed to have any repairs or maintenance done, I didn't have a Yamaha dealership any place close where I live but I did have a Honda. Also on the Honda I was able to get 25% off on gray Thursday before Thanksgiving at out local Farm & Home Store.

I recently purchased a Champion 3100 inverter one. I love it. In Eco mode the decimals are 58. In normal mode they about 62. It runs our 13,500 air. Even though the fuel tank is smaller, when the air is running, the fuel last about 5-6 hours. Without the air on Eco mode it lasts about 8 hours. It's on wheels and is easy to move around.

I agree with the Honda EU3000 or EU2000 paired. I have the Honda 3000 It is a beast to move. I hardly run the AC so I could get by with one EU 2000 and just bring the second EU2000 when I know I will need AC.

Onan makes a great generator as well....we had an onan 4k watt generator on our old trailer....used...with LP conversion....most companies are ditching LP for gas when they install generators on LQs...we got ours on CL for $650...an older model but ran quiet...way cheaper than the $4k price tag of a new one.
