While we don't know of any places per se, I would look at Overton Arm of the Lake Mead. You will probably have to "boondock", as there are not many that would allow horses. I believe you can also stay at "Valley Of Fire", as they do allow horses there. THAT is a beautiful place, and since it is a state park, can be reached by email from the state parks website, or www.travelnevada.com

No doubt the original poster has long since found something but in case someone else reads this, there is a place near Las Vegas called Bonnie Springs Ranch where you can camp with your horses. Haven't been there myself but many friends have.
