I have a 2004 Exiss SS30 aluminum trailer and in cold weather the tack room ceiling sweats. Is there something I can spray or stick on to prevent this without damaging the alum. roof? There isn't a roof vent and leaving the window open isn't an optiondue to rainy Washington weather.

To effectively stop the sweating, the ceiling will have to be insulated. The single aluminum skin allows the cool, moist interior air contact the hot skin as the temps rise outside. This causes the moisture to condense and the metal to sweat.
There are many ways to insulate the roof. Perform a SEARCH under insulation for the last year and you'll find many applications

Metals are poor insulators hence to avoid problem of moisture and condensation, you should insulate metal roof with a suitable roofing material like fibreglass or foam insulation. This is common issue many people faced with metal buildings colorado but insulating is best solution.
