Has anyone used EZ Connector trailer plug? I have order a new GMC dully and considering installing on truck and converting trailer. It looks like a good system. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought about one too. Mr Truck did a review on it a few years ago I believe. My only concern was that the trailer could not be pulled by another vehicle without an adapter or with the same system. I like the concept but I have enough adapters for stuff as it is!

The downside is that most trailer plugs fail from internal corrosion rather than on the blades...at least they do in the sunny northeast...

Paul, A little dielectric grease will stop that internal corrosion, you can get it at any auto parts store!

Wow Paul, this guy really has a burr under his saddle for you.
We have the same corrosion up in the great white north. We just have to replace the plugs about every three years or so due to the salt. Doesn't seem to matter what you put on them or how you clean them.

Internal corrosion I'm referencing in inside the plug where the wires are attached to the screws...

Thanks for some input but am still not sure if I should. I have only 1 truck and living Quarter trailer. I cant remember when I borrow a trailer and have never loaned out mine. I would buy the adapter to be safe. I have a few month before 2015 Gmc will be in so I have some time yet.
