Our fridge is not working on LP unless it also have electric plugged in- batteries are fully charged

Could it be a bad connection somewhere?  It doesn't make sense --

But that's the WEIRD part-- It DOES work- as long as the trailer is hooked up to electricity--   I'm going to go out today or tomorrow and try again-- maybe it was just a fluke a couple of weeks ago.

With outside access door removed do you see a small flame? Try blowing out burner area and exhaust area with air. Also see if the switch is calling for propane

This tells me you are having a 12V issue with the trailer. The fridge isn't getting 12V when it isn't plugged in. You need to do some investigating on your battery/12V system. Is there a disconnect switch turned off? Is there a circuit breaker tripped (a lot of older trailers have these)?
