I have found two straight load Logan Coaches. Both are in the same condition and near enough in price. First is an 87 Malibu with dressing room, fiberglass roof, and one section top door, longer ramp ramp and . Second is a 91 Trojan II with dressing room, steel roof, and two section top doors & short ramp.. The Trojan sits lower for hitching and the tires seem to sit a little farther back on the coach. I'm wondering if there is any advantage of one over the other. I really like both trailers and they haul pretty closes in my little test pulls. Is there an advantage of fiberglass roof over steel for cooling? Better to have the 5 or 6 inch difference back on wheel set? Since wear seems to be similar should age factor that much? One of these will be my first trailer so any help is appreciated.
