I just bought a new Exiss 6304. I was told that the best size awning would be a 16 footer. What type of awnings really hold up well and are a good awning for the dollar? Thanks for any help!

Dometic Awnings are the awnings we install on all of our trailers here at our dealership, we believe they are the best out there!

The Dometic 8500 series. Tried and true. Vinyl is easy to clean. Good dependable hardware. Parts easy to get.

I would also add get the longest one you can. If it does rain you have ample place for you and your things

I believe I have a carefree awning, its 20 feet and I like it alot. I also have the one that has the aluminum that is rolls up into. I think that will protect the fabric from the sun wear and tear also. I haven't had one problem with mine.
