I'd also recommend Double Duty. Nice folks, easy to work with and they do a nice job.

Showtime Conversions, in Goshen, IN, is one of the original living quarters companies; they've been around since the mid-nineties, I believe, and have continued to be in business during time periods when many other LQ companies bit the dust. They do a very good job, not cutting corners on unseen items that other companies try to get by with, like insulation.
