This may not be the place for this question, and it's far from "vital" - but now that I am putting the down payment on my trailer and making plans to pick it up next weekend, I need to register it. I am putting the icing on the cake and have decided to spring for a vanity plate. Looking for suggestions. I am a weekend warrior, ride both English and Western, don't compete beyond local stuff. So far I have come up withGidiyupWodamitNickerBuckoff (thinking they will probably reject this)I thought maybe the folks here might have some great ideas. I am limited to 7 characters. Thanks!(PS, I already have my shelter initials on my truck plate)

But I think it is a tad too long! he he he...
My first horse trailer was a 1976 Merhow, 2H, bumper pull. (What I now call "the lunchbox" trailer.) The rear doors came up almost to the top of the tail, and there was a canvas cover that snapped over the top portion, if I needed it. So from behind the trailer, you would typically see 2 horse butts & tails (or at least one).
That's how we came up with "HRSEBMZ" Horse bums/bumz
Vanity plates for trailers are no longer available in Michigan, so when I bought my GN, I had to go with what they handed out. : ( I have 2 plates with HRSEBMZ hanging around. Maybe someday Frank & Mike from American Pickers will be looking for something unique to buy and I can make them cough up a hundred bucks or so.
If you ride both Eng & Wstn... that's "Wenglish" ; ) So you mix it up... STIR UP of course, someone might think you're a bartender with that one.

Not for our trailer, but we are going to get new plates for our truck next week. I haven't made up my mind as to how to spell it, but we'll be using some variation of the Spanish word for horse. My BF is from Southern Spain, and I'm a Spanish teacher.
I need to find out about personalized plates for trailers in Ohio.

Ohio allows personal tags on trailers. Go to www.oplates.com and you can see enter what you want and see if it is available.

In Maine...Vanity plates are available for boat or utility trailers for an additional annual fee of $25.00. Multiply the vanity fee by 2 for a two year registration. Vanity plates are not available for long term trailers.Personally...I'd pass and invest the $25.00 a year in the stock market...

I am fairly certain a member of my riding club has vanity plate on her PINK - yes PINK trailer. The plate on my current horse trailer is simply a "Trailer" plate and I can order vanity trailer plates according to the Maine.gov website.

Well, my final decision was:
ILLKIKU
I tried for WODAMIT, but those who make these types of decisions in Augusta say that was profane/offensive. However, they did let me choose a plate that threatens bodily harm.... go figure.
