I'm looking for a new 3 horse BP and really want a stock or stock combo.  I stumbled across Nextrail HT and I really like so many things about their design and the fact that they are 7'6".  Nextrail seems to give you a lot of options to customize like rumber floors or aluminum floors.  I'm trying to do all my research and so far I have found little info on the company and can find no user reviews.  I know it's a new company and that is fine with me but I was just hoping to find anyone that might have a Nextrail.  My other preferred trailer is the 3 horse Dixe Tuff or Bee stock/stock combo.  There are not aluminum though, but I have heard varying things on the comparison between galvanneal steel and aluminum.

I had never seen or heard of them until one day last week a friend of mine showed up pulling one. She had sold her old Steel GN 2H and found this Nextrail HT 3H Slant for sale used from a divorce settlement. Dont know what she paid for it but it was brand new, never had a horse in it and seems to be a very nice trailer.

She has pulled it once to a horse show, and once to my place to trail ride, and so far seems pleased. Its BP and she has a 2011 F150.

I looked at the website....seems like a well built trailer.

I beleive the Nextrail is built the same as the old Silver Star trailers; which looked and were built a lot like the Sundowner aluminum models of earlier years.  They may have changed the specs. ; but I think some of the same people may be involved also.  Correct me if I'm wrong folks.

I've been looking around for a long time now and it seems like a great buy and the fact that all of their trailers are 7'6" is a big plus for me since all my horses are over 17hh.  They are a new company so their prices aren't high but the build seems very similar to Shadow.  I spoke to them and they were super nice and they custom build each one- takes just a few weeks.  I plan to order the 3 horse stock with a rumber floor.  I'll have to post here and let everyone know how it is once I get it on the road.

I think the guy that makes the Nextrail trailer used to make the Shadow trailers but he left shadow and started his own trailer company. When you walk into his shop he has a old faded out sticker of shadow on his front door.

So, did you go with a Nextrail HT? I am considering one (among others) and would like to hear from owners. Pros cons, etc. Thanks

Nope I actually bought a Shadow Select 2H SL GN.  I researched trailers and weighed my options for about 6 months.  I ended up trading in my F-150 on a F-250 and opted for a gooseneck.  I purchased the trailer from True Love Trading CO in MS and they delivered it directly to me and gave me a fixed wall upgrade with no charge.  They order 20+ trailers at a time from Shadow and get an upgraded model at a lower price since they buy in bulk.  It was BY FAR the most trailer for my money.

Couldn't be happier!!
