Subject: Trailer furnaces

I was wondering..do the furnaces in horse trailers have furnace filter ?  I used mine the othere evening to knock the chill off..it smelled kinda "dirty"..and I was wondering if they had filters.. THANKS

What you probably smelled was dust on the heat exchanger burning off. The ones I have owned had no filters.
