We just purchased an older Aluminum trailer that needs cleaning inside and out. Which cleaning method is the best, it has a lot of oxidation and will probably need more than one cleaning. Also, is the a product that can be used for home cleaning  between the commercial washes?

See if you have a Blue Beacon Truck wash in your area.  They can do wonders for your dull aluminum outside finish in about 5 minutes.
