Serious question... Is it really against the law?
I truly wish it would be as we are a cigarette flip out the window away from burning up out here...I pray it is against the law as I scares me to death to see someone do it

Yes, it is against the law, here in Ohio I issued littering tickets for that before I retired.

littering is a crime and the state could make a lot of money just ticking people for it I pick up trash all the time in front of the farm I work at

The bad thing is, it will be hard for anyone to actually inforce that law....  Since 2 weeks ago I got a ticket for no mudflaps on my hauler bed (07 model that never had them because the bed is low enough to pass state inspection without them)  when the Trooper walked up to my window he threw his butt on the ground beside my truck!

But I forgot most of them think they are above the law any way!

Ticket was dismissed because I do not have a CDL and my truck is not a commerical vehicle, shows how well he knows the law.....
