Subject: Insulating roof in horse/mid tack area

I am looking for any ideas in insulating the roof in horse and tack area.  I live in Nebraska,  I prefer to do it myself but would have it done commercially as last resort.

I just use 1" white sytrofoam and liquid nails

Cut to fit then squirt the liquid nails on it and push up and stick

No great stuff is spray foam insulation

Liquid Nails is an adhesive substance that comes in a caulking type tube that you squirt out and then it sticks
