Can someone tell me how to get the hubcaps off a 2006 Elite Mustang. The people who installed my new tires put the hubcap to close to the valve stem and now I have an air leak.

Two of the lug nut covers on the outside of the wheel will have a slight indention on two sides of it near the wheel. You should have a cover wrench that fits onto that cover. You unscrew both of them slightly and you can move the cover away from the valve stem. I also learned the hard way and now make a habit of each time I check the air in the tires I double check those two covers to make sure they cover won't vibrate towards the valve stem as you're driving down the road. If you need to remove the beauty ring, just remove those two covers off and you can remove the ring and get to the real lug nuts for the tire. Also if you don't I would put metal valve stems on. They can take a lot more abuse then the rubber ones. Just a side note, the first trailer we ever bought was a 3 horse mustang. We really enjoyed it. Good Luck..
