Got my first one on the way to camp. I heard it blow but didn't feel anything. The tire was in shreads. I love roadside service. We thought we could get by with the Carlyle (spelled wrong?) tires until spring. We are now going to buy all new tires including the spare.

Bob drove out from Missouri to enjoy some of our cooler temps here in the Utah mountains. Said he lost two tires on the way out. He was just happy they blew on the curb side. He said he would have been in real danger trying to change them, if they had been on the street side.  He brought 3 spares and used 2 just getting here.

How long have you owned the carlise tire?  If it is less than 2 years, save the blame thing.  Call Carlise and get a claim number and send the tire back to Carlise and ask for them to pay you market value for the tire.  You will have to argue with them but eventually they may pay you for it.

As may of those "may-pops" there are on the road and as hot as it has been lately, I bet you would be hard pressed to get someone to answer the phone at Carlisle....!!
