Subject: Jake Brake on a Dodge

Bought a new Dodge about a year ago and unknown to me at the time of purchase it has a jake brake, or engine brake whatever you want to call it.  This thing is awesome, between the jake brake and the load button that causes the pickup to downshift you don't need to used the brake much when hauling a load.  If you are getting a new Dodge make sure it has this option!

They are worth there weight in GOLD!

 

Just DO NOT use it in the rain or in slick conditions!  Mine is a cab n chassis model so I do not have to turn it on everytime I start the truck, I leave it on all the time.  other than what I stated above.
