I too have had my mare lay her head on my shoulder and give me a hug... it is always when I need to talk, or am REALLY down in the dumps. She is also the most feminine horse in both appearance and demeanor! sometimes they just read us....she's an Arab so intelligence is there also!!

Lukka, my 15 year old Icelandic mare. She is almost perfect. Anyone could ride her. She takes care of me. She is the best horse I know I will ever have.
