I had a reverse load for about 10 years and liked the design, the dividers pivoted at each end so the horse walked on from the side and then walked off the back. they never had to back up. They always made sense to me because in case you ever had to brake hard or stop fast it would be easier for a horse to take the interia and extra weight on their haunches then on their forehand. I went to quarter horse congress and they had really nice ones on display. The only problem I found while shopping is that they normally only come in a 4 horse or bigger trailer.
