I would like to know if anyone has used any trailer washes that work well. I have  reg  alum on bottom and the top is white alum. Do I use a wax after??? I am also wondering what product to use to clean & protect the inside of the horse area. Also looking for anyone who has had the Werm flooring installed over there floors, if the like it, does it hold up....

I know this has been said a million times. But I just had the same question, did a search on the forum and found several people suggesting Streak Master Aluminum Brightner and Trailer Wash. http://www.streakmaster.com
I got both, and let me tell you it works!! I don't have access to anyone that will acid wash any more around here, so my trailer (same as yours, regular aluminum and white painted aluminum) sat in the elements for at least 4 years. Pretty dull. A few sprays and some light rubbing, it almost looks new again! Great stuff!

If you have a trailer that has a painted surface, acid washing can damage the finish. I would not recommend its continued usage. Streak Master or an RV wash is a better product for this application. Also, if you have an aluminum trailer with a polished "bright" finish, the acid wash can destroy the clear coating and also damage the finish.

I recommend "Full-Timer" RV wash by Camco.  It's available at Wal-mart.

I was very pleased at the results and ease of application on my white skinned horse trailer.
