I believe Silver Star shut the doors in late 2005, you'll see a 2006 every once in a while. If I remember correctly, this trailer sold new as a 2005, or it was advertized a few years back as 2005.... But a new 2009....

... I think it's a SilverLite.. not a Silver Star! Logos match. LOL The Silver Star has a model called the Star Lite - perhaps causing the confusing. Lotsa money to be so confused though.

No, it's not a SilverLite... It's a "Silver Star Star Lite Supreme"...

I just called the lady who placed the ad to make sure it was not a scam. It's for real, but confusing. This is actually a 2005 but it was never sold - till 2009. So she listed it as a 2009. . .
I asked her to simply explain her reasoning in the description and she said she would.

I'm the lady who posted the ad, and I apologize. It was an honest mistake based on what the dealer told me. He said that the year the trailer was built doesn't matter, but the years of use does. Live and learn....It was or I should say is.. a 2005 model, but I bought it new in 2009. I still have not used it, but gave it back to the dealer, LB's of Harmony NC, to sell for me. For a commission of course. I lost my job last year and can't afford to keep it.
Anyway, it's still a great deal based on what I paid, and I meant no harm.

I understood what you meant. You posted it as a 2005 but you said "BOUGHT new in 2009." It is possible for a trailer to sit on a lot for 4 years without selling. Not good, but,it has happened. good luck with finding another job,and perhaps you can get another trailer someday. There are always some good finds on HTW if you keep watching.
