Been lots of talk about Options and Add-ons / Found these at Gore Trailers a name that I have not heard on this board:
http://www.goretrailers.com/options.htm
http://www.goretrailers.com/camper.htm

The Add-a-room
http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/rv-awnings/cf-add-a-screen-room.htm
Can't say that I've seen one on a horse trailer yet, make a great party room
or a place for others to sleep without buying a larger LQ. Think of the $avings.
Now what to do with the savings? Got it! Buy Anheuser-Bush Products for that party room and in turn this would provide the Clydesdales a new trailer (Win-Win) and it would also provide funding for all of those great Holiday Commercials they make and we enjoy - Just click on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VRgzTPZjxU .

Also be a great add-on for someone with a bumper pull that has small dressing room and wants to go trail riding / Camping for a few days.
Now, if it only had a shower in it!   Your opinion?
Folks, is this Trailer'nology at it's best?
Could be a place to warehouse the beer, yes, that's it! LOL!  I've got to give this more thought...............Thanks all!

We have considered them in the past, and it looks like an easy way to gain some needed room.  The only concern we had is that RV's and travel trailers have smooth sides, and most horse trailers have a running board that may make fastening the side panels around the running board more difficult.  Maybe this isn't an issue, but it is something that we thought of.

KCW... You saying that you've never heard of Gore Trailers out of Whiteville, N.C.? They have been around for about as long as I am old. That's neat, go down the check list, check off what you want and they'll build it.

When I was little, there was no other trailer like them in this area, GORE was king. If someone drove up at the show pulling a GORE trailer, you knew they meant business!!! It was a status symbol kinda thing!!

Friends of mine got one of these with a used Hart LQ they bought here in Fla.  We set it up when they first got the trailer home to see how it worked and it took about 45 mintues to figure it out.  They've had the trailer for 3 years and I don't remember ever seeing it set up when they camp....  I think they said it takes up too much room to store and it's a hassle to set up.

If you were camping somewhere for 5+ days then maybe you'd want it.... but for a typical 2 nighter, why bother...
