Just got an 02 F250 Super Duty Diesel and need to get get a brake controller for it. Been several years since I have purchased one. What brand/model do you suggest for my truck? I will be pulling a 3 horse gooseneck. Thanks.

I have a Tekonsha Prodigy in my 2002 F350. Tekonsha has come out with newer and better controllers. I would stick with Tekonsha's best model. I mounted my controller in the empty space to the left of the AC/Heater control. You just drill a hole in the back big enough to get the plug through. Be careful when drilling, there are wires on the other side. It looks built in and easy to see and adjust. This is where Ford put their intregal brake controller in later years.

Got the Tekonosha P3. Had it installed in less than 5 minutes. Works like a dream. Definitely the best controller I've ever had. I would highly reccomend it.
