It must be the heat making us stay indoors and be silly.....BUT...ours has a sauna and a hot tub! It was an "option" in our 2005 4 Star - in the slide-out.

Yes please inquire about teleport option. I hear it's suppose to be available in the 2013 model. This would be a fantastic option for those long hauls.

BlueMoon is planning a big announcement at the Santa Fe Equine Cotillion & Prairie Possum Trot in September. Darnell "Tater" Jenkins, the new owner, told the marketing guys to keep it under the saddle blanket until just before the Cotillion & Trot. He'll explode on the marketing guys when he finds out the the word is getting out early about the newest engineering . . . They don't even have the patents filed on some of them yet and Tater is afraid all those other companies will try to copy them.Roll on!

Don't tell anyone but I did get some there interesting info about one of the 2013 BlueMoons today: do you know people that like to tell everyone they are "in to horses," buy lots of stuff like trucks, saddles, boots, etc. etc. but never seem to ever ride one of their horses? never really use the truck or trailer or saddle or that new bridle? BlueMoon is going to make a special flooring that looks like two day old trailer shavings but is really just a durable plastic. It will look like horses actually traveled in the trailer but will never need cleaning and will never corrode the shiny new interior of the trailer. BRILLIANT! I think they'll sell a million of 'em. Roll On!

I believe that installed option would also require you to maintain a liquor license. But I can think of a few trail ride destinations where you'd be quite popular.

BigT, I'll look around to see if I have any but I'm not optimistic that I have any. Doesn't look like the archives on this site go back as far as some of the trailer warranties roll on!

I can also attest to their beer being top of the line to match their trailers! So, are they going to add a frig in the rear tack and also add outside access to the frig in the LQ?

The outdoor fridge is next to the pull-out charcoal grill on the same side as your outdoor kitchen. Maybe your model isn't as new as mine though. I really love the wine cellar. I had to give up the mid-tack option to have it all just slide out of the mid-tack area but it was well worth it.

Welcome back Rollin Ponies!!! We have missed you. Looking forward to all the exciting news and fantastic features of the Blue Moon trailers. I happen to have an '09 model, but the horses have pooped in it too many times - I need the one with the automatic pooper scooper in it...

Thanks for the welcome back, Dunoir. Its has been quite a while; lots of adventures since I was last on the board.
Its good to be back and terrific to see all the creative ideas that this board has. I'll be sure to share them with the Moon Management when I see them in a few weeks.
One of thet things the Moonies have found in their marketing research is that horse owners don't like cleaning their trailers. They think there is interest in a self cleaning trailer floor. As soon as they saw the research they put the B.M. (Thats for Blue Moon, y'all) engineers to work on it. I have attached a picture of the prototype floor system.

I hate to teeze this board but I just got a "spy" photo of some more engineering work being done on the new Blue Moon horse trailer. Earlier I told you about the special roof plates made of unobtanium; these are guaranteed to never leak and to hold up to most Texas hail storms. One of the engineers at the Blue Moon Design and Engineering Center just sent me this picture of them hand forming the unobtainium roof. You can see that this isn't going to be one of those ordinary looking trailers.

One more thing before I get off of here this morning and get to work on the ranch: Blue Moon is going to have a special version of the new trailers for those tall warmblood horses. The wife is all excited that her dressage horses aren't going to have to ride sitting down any more. We don't have the exact dimensions yet but we are expecting that there will be plenty of room, based on the attached photo of the inside of one of the prototypes.

I hope Blue Moon takes the iniative to install an automatic steam cleaner, dryer in the tack room. I really hate opening the door to a stinky saddle blanket in the mornings!
