Hello, my name is Donna C. also known as Mrs. Gard. Last Thursday Gard was admitted to our local hospital for a surgical procedure. Things didn't go well and he had a second emergeny procedure and a third the following day. After spending several days in the ICU ward, he finally convinced his doctor that the staff were doing more harm than good and to let him go home.
He is resting more now but needs strong pain medecine. When his strength increases, he has two more surgeries to contend with.
I am asking if anyone he has helped at this web site, could mention a good word at your private time, it would most certainly help his recovery. We are a Christian family and believe in the power of prayer.

Of course! Please keep us posted on his progress.I have respected his comments and opinions on this board. He is so willing to share his knowledge, experience and opinions, but not be judgmental. His mechanical expertise makes me think of a older/wiser version of my husband.Hugs and jingles your way!

Thank you and God Bless
Well that would be about 99% of us! It would be a privilege to be able to give back in this small way by praying for Gard's recovery. Prayers going out for a speedy and successful recovery. May Gard be blessed with a full recovery, and you and your family be blessed with God's strength and peace.
